As the lead for these programmes at a major NHS Trust, she supports busy NHS professionals in reducing stress, improving wellbeing, and sustaining high performance. Having guided and supported hundreds of clients across a wide range of settings, including corporate workplaces, Rashmi is frequently praised for her calming presence and soothing voice. With over 40 years of dedicated yoga and meditation practice, she doesn’t just teach mindfulness; she lives it.
